Business Development Manager - Generous Compensation

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Graceville, your primary focus will be to drive new business into our property management portfolio. We are looking for a superstar to enhance growth within our office. As a BDM, you will be responsible for the sourcing of prospective clientele for the property management portfolio and nurturing existing clientele. You will be required to prepare, present and market the property management services and gain attraction to help with Place’s ongoing success.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting new business to expand the Property Management portfolio and grow the rent roll;
• Managing clients, tenants and landlords and ensuring timely communication;
• Building authentic relationships with the clients through effective nurturing;
• Management of referral leads;
• Analysing market insights and providing material to prospective clients;
• Coordinate and attend appraisals with prospective clients;
• Arrange and conduct open home and private inspections as required.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

• A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and Drivers Licence;
• 6-12 months experience as a Residential Real Estate Business Development Manager will be highly regarded;
• Experience as a Business Development Manager in a corresponding industry;
• Professional presentation and communication;
• Exceptional organisation, time management and monitoring skills;
• Drive to achieve success and the ability to thrive while working under pressure.
