We seek a charismatic, innovative and results driven Business Development Manager who understands the digital and film production market and evolving technologies. Someone passionate about using storytelling to inspire change and grow business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Utilise excellent communication, presentation and planning skills
• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand WildBear Digital.
• Negotiate with stakeholders, draft proposals, and close deals.
• Convert prospects and identify upsell opportunities with executive staff.
• Plan and oversee marketing initiatives to boost market presence.
• Manage digital channels and coordinate communication efforts.
• Maintain strong client and industry relationships and align with their needs.
• Oversee CRM tools to manage leads and inform strategies.
• Network at industry events.
• Collaborate internally to achieve company goals.
• Train and develop team skills.

Requirements:

• Proven marketing and sales experience with demonstrable results
• A background in media and strong understanding technology and digital channels
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, media, or similar
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• The right to work in Australia and current drivers licence

The Business Development Manager will be based at the Canberra CBD WildBear office. This is a new and permanent position with a base salary and incentives for on target results.
