ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to the incumbent's exciting advancement to a new role internally, we are currently looking for a passionate and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our experienced Property Management team who is committed and driven to grow our portfolio. 

The focus of this role is to build on the current portfolio, by maximising existing networks and proactively seeking new opportunities to deliver successful business growth outcomes. You will be responsible for prospecting and successfully negotiating with clients to sign new business for the Property Management Department. 

Duties include but are not limited to: 

• Prospecting for new leads
• Diligent follow-up of new leads and opportunities
• Listing new managements
• Developing and maintaining business relationships
• Sourcing and building new networks 
• Meeting growth key performance indicators
• Database Management

WHAT YOU NEED

• Previous experience in a Business Development role.
• Current PM Registrations.
• A current driver's licence & reliable vehicle.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability & desire to develop, implement and follow processes.
• Strong administrative skills and time management.
• You will be 'coachable' and have a positive attitude.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and adapt your work approach to circumstances as required.
