They provide a diverse range of services which includes Real Estate Sales & Property Management! They are growing extensively and need support to convert these leads into managements. The Role:

• As Business Development Manager, your primary role will be to prospect for, identify, and act upon new opportunities to list properties for rentals and build up the rent roll
• Leasing new business properties
• Grow current relationships with referral partners

The Candidate:

• Someone who has a natural flair for building relationships and connecting with new clients!
• Experience in Real Estate Leasing or Property management adventageous
• Confident and is able to take control whilst remaining highly professional
• Local Real Estate experience in Business Development ESSENTIAL
• Hold a current QLD Certificate of Registration, drivers license, and reliable vehicle
• Polished presentation to represent this premium agency
