Job Description:

We are looking to add a results-oriented and energetic Business Development Manager to our team. Within the logistics, the ideal applicant will have a track record of successfully accelerating business growth and cultivating enduring client relationships. Your duties as a Business Development Manager will include finding new business prospects, creating strategic alliances, and growing our clientele. 

Responsibilities:

• Find and capture novel business opportunities to accelerate market expansion and revenue growth.
• Build and sustain connections with important clients by getting to know their needs and offering customised solutions. 
• Work together with the marketing and sales teams to create tactics that will help you attract new clients and keep the ones you already have. 
• To find trends, competition activity, and possible growth areas, conduct market research. 
• Create and deliver business proposals, negotiate for deals, and seal deals with potential customers. 
• Measure and evaluate sales performance and prepare reports on a regular basis for management to analyse. 
• In order to advertise our services and raise brand awareness, represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.  

Requirements:

• Experience in sales and business development is required.
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with the capacity to connect and win over clients. 
• The capacity to analyse data and spot growth prospects. 
• Result-driven attitude with a history of achieving or beyond sales goals.
