Key Responsibilities - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct property appraisals and market assessments
- Develop tailored sales strategies to achieve targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the leasing process
Key Requirements - Holding a valid Agent's Representative Certificate is advantageous
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in real estate or business development is preferred
- Proficiency in Property Me or equivalent systems
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and maintaining a professional appearance is necessary
