Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in the Perth Metro Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our reach within the region. They will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

Working in collaboration with our business areas and subject-matter experts, you will develop business development strategies to identify and cultivate your key relationships in hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, clinics, and with NDIS Local Area and Support Coordinators

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Perth Metro Area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with NDIS participants, support coordinators, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to tailor services to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Actively seek out and capitalize on new business prospects in Perth Metro.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights to the senior management team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development within the healthcare or disability services sector
• Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS framework and understanding of complex care needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
• Strong networking abilities and a track record of building successful business relationships.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
