An exciting opportunity is available for a Network Sales Manager/ Broker Aggregator to take charge of recruiting, developing, and managing relationships with our clients valued brokers. Your primary objective will be to drive product sales, provide exceptional support, and deliver outstanding customer service while achieving company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new Brokers/ Advisors, nurturing and maintaining relationships
- Execute value proposition to meet sales and service targets
- Stay updated on industry knowledge, identifying competitor gaps and market opportunities
- Motivate the network to generate loan applications and meet budget expectations
- Collaborate with Advisers to develop business plans and increase self-generated leads.
Requirements:- Experience in the mortgage aggregation or finance industry with experience in recruitment and business development of brokers
- Strong experience in home lending
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to motivate and drive a network to achieve targets.
- Knowledge of the lending industry and market trends
- Demonstrated problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
