Business Development Manager - open to interstate candidates willing to travel - Collaborative Envir

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, you will have a passion for generating, nurturing and winning opportunities. 

To be successful in this role, you will have an existing strong network in the building, commercial property, and construction sector. 

The main purpose of this role is to generate and convert leads in order to assist in building a strong sales pipeline. 

This is a strong client facing role and requires excellent networking skills and relationship management. 

Having a passion for health & fitness, cycling or the convenience of End of Trip facilities to allow you to maximise your office days is necessary.

About You:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic. 
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Enthusiasm in the promotion of our product range, particularly our new office locker range. 
• Understanding of the intricacy and operational requirements of a small business with a willingness to collaborate, be a dynamic member of the team, and assist other functions where necessary. 
• Ability to provide project delivery support/ management where required. 
• Collaborate with the greater Five at Heart team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. 
• Open to attend industry related events and promote Five at Hearts products and services. 
• Knowledge of the commercial construction industry is preferable. 
• Strong business development skills and experience in selling products & services. 
• Advanced negotiating skills with the ability to step through conflicting objectives to arrive at mutually acceptable outcomes. 
• Strong networking skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships at different levels both internally and externally. 
• Driven to sell and grow the business by an appealing commission structure.
