Meers Recruitment Solutions is currently assisting award winning Non Bank lender in their search for a high performing Broker Business Development Manager who will be responsible for growing and leveraging relationships with both partners and business referral sources with accountability for a specific territory target.  

The purpose of the Broker Business Development Manager is to manage and grow broker and aggregator relationships within the Mortgage broker industry.

Responsibilities include;-

  • Identify, contact, engage and partner with broker referrers
  • Identify new business opportunities from within existing networks
  • Implement a strategic plan to engage partners to refer business and deliver territory sales volumes
  • Increase the number of active brokers and maintain existing relationships with existing advocates
  • Provision of exemplary levels of service to both internal and external customers
  • Ongoing strong communication and turnaround times associated with responding to broker requests
  • Present the business value proposition to stimulate regular deal opportunities

To be successful you will possess;-

  • Certificate IV in Finance and  Broker Management
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience in home lending sales with a focus in third party distribution channels
  • Strong business acumen and industry awareness
  • Experience selling and supporting the Finance Broker market 
  • Proven ability to identify, contact and partner with target referral market
  • Excellent relationship building skills with an engaging personality
