Business Development Manager - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Due to growth, we are currently looking to expand our Foodservice Sales team and looking to appoint New Business Development Managers for our Brisbane branch. This role will be responsible for growing sales to new and existing customers.

About the Role

Operating in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment, your key goal will be to 

• Grow market share and brand awareness across all Food Service channels including cafés, restaurants and independent supermarkets within your assigned territory.
• Manage customer service levels.
• Gain new accounts.
• Maintain the company image and standards across all product categories. 

To be considered for this position you must have 

• Strong business and customer relationships within the Food & Beverage and/or Food Service channel
• Proven success in managing accounts, selling and closing deals
• A successful track record in negotiating successful outcomes and gaining new accounts
• A stable career history showing progression and personal growth.
• A passion for sales, you love winning new business
• A love of coffee with a passion and enthusiasm for the food/coffee industry
• A current QLD Driver’s license with a solid driving record
