Your new role
The main purpose of the Business Development Manager is to identify and secure new business opportunities for their packaging solutions. You will primarily be targeting large national or multi-national business within the retail, online, hospitality, food service and quick-service restaurant (QSR) sectors. Key responsibilities include:
- Achieve sales and profit targets for allocated clients.
- Be responsible for client relationship management, identifying and converting organic growth opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Focus on problem-solving and solution selling.
- Meet new business meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with local and international team members, both internal and external stakeholders, to deliver exceptional customer service and client management.
- Nurture and develop strong ongoing customer relationships with existing and new client base.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in managing and communicating with B2B accounts
- Strong communication & presentation skills and a general passion for Sales
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and goal driven - able to work with KPIs/sales targets
- Capable of working under pressure to meet client & internal deadlines
- Fluent in oral and written English
