The Role:

As a Sales Superstar, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and engaging with potential students and clients
• Providing expert advice on our range of courses and training programs
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience (2-3 years), preferably in the education or training industry
• Resilient and confident picking up the phone and prospecting- cold calling will be a key part of this role.
• Ability to consult with a variety of stakeholders on various levels within the electrical supply industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Degree in Marketing or business (or a related field) would be desired.
