nCino is growing across APAC — and this role sits right at the centre of that growth. As our BDR for Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, you'll open doors with banks and financial institutions, build pipeline from scratch, and shape how nCino enters some of the world's most dynamic markets.
This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build — not just work leads. The BDR who joins now will have a clear line of sight to Account Executive progression as the team scales.
Working Arrangement Based in Sydney at our Martin Place office. We work together in the office 3 days per week, with full flexibility the other 2.
Your Impact
→ Drive outbound prospecting into financial institutions across ANZ and Southeast Asia
→ Build pipeline end-to-end: research, outreach, discovery, and qualified handoff to AEs
→ Tailor persona-based messaging for each market — Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, and beyond
→ Qualify inbound leads from marketing, partners, and events; book high-quality demos
→ Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing on regional campaigns and strategy
→ Use Salesloft, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to execute and report
What We're Looking For
→ 2–4 years in a sales or BDR role — financial services experience is a plus, not a must
→ Understanding of banking concepts; able to hold credible conversations with FI contacts
→ Self-starter who creates their own momentum in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
→ Cultural awareness and adaptability across diverse Asian markets
→ Comfortable with modern sales tech (Salesforce, Salesloft, Sales Navigator)
