We are growing and looking for ambitious, curious and growth orientated Business Director to join our Sydney team.

With a strong quantitative research background, you will work alongside Australia’s top organisations solving problems and enabling decision making. You will be a critical leader in our growing business, with voice and influence in the direction we take into the future, working alongside like-minded, passionate researchers and a really connected, high performing team culture.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Seen as a trusted partner, this exciting opportunity will see you play the leading role in driving new business growth, excellence in relationship management and talent development. 

You will be responsible for key client relationships, understanding and exploring their businesses objectives, and working with them and our team to design and deliver solutions that enables decision making and unlocks growth. 
 
Taking an active role in both finding and delivering amazing work, you will be a leader in a growing agency with great momentum, responsible for nurturing success for both clients and the internal team.  

With significant experience in the quantitative practice, you will play a trusted advisor across a breadth of quantitative work, including brand tracking, for clients and our growing quantitative researchers.

ABOUT YOU 

We are looking for someone who:  

• Is passionate about joining a growth minded, deeply collaborative organisation 

• Is comfortable talking to a wide variety of specialities such as qual, quant, culture, strategy, and behaviour change – to supplement their quantitative craft  

• Has an excellent knowledge of insights covering a range of project areas, including tracking, usage and attitude studies, brand and communication development and testing, innovation and NPD  

• Develops deep understandings of the businesses you work with.  

• Builds long lasting relationships that deliver the best value to both parties.  

• Feels at home both behind the tools and in the boardroom.  

• Innovatively and creatively find solutions and is open to new ideas.  

• Desires to encourage, train and develop others and share knowledge / expertise company wide.
