Salary: Clerk 9/10, $120,859 to $133,183 p.a. plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
The Manager, Business Engagement is an integral part of the Workplace Transformation team (WPT), leading client engagement and playing an instrumental role in realising our vision for transforming workplaces across DCJ. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Business Engagement.
The role is responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships to ensure a single point of contact for the client to enable the successful delivery of projects with minimal business disruption. This role builds a positive relationship with clients, is the lead in all WPT engagement with the client, advocating on their behalf with the WPT Program Delivery team. The role works closely with the Program Delivery team to deliver the project in line with the client.

What you’ll do
As our Manager, Business Engagement within the Infrastructure & Assets team, you will work closely with our valued stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure our guidelines support them while introducing them to new ways of working guided by DCJ’s Infrastructure strategies. Additionally, you will create efficiencies that will support a more streamlined and efficient project delivery.
In this role, you will utilise your skills and expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship management to build understanding, trust and rapport with clients and work collaboratively across our project delivery teams to facilitate the smooth and timely delivery of projects.
You will be able to work autonomously and collaboratively with senior leaders, project managers, and subject matter experts.
You will have a high attention to detail, strong and proven documentation, presentation and reporting skills. This role requires a rigorous approach to efficient and effective management of multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You will be solutions focused and provide advice on the most effective methods for success in navigating complex stakeholder relationships and competing priorities.
