Denlo Volkswagen Parramatta is seeking an experienced F&I Business Manager to join our dynamic team in the heart of Sydney.

The Role:

In this pivotal role, you will partner with a high-performing sales team to drive our commitment to Complete Customer Satisfaction. You will play a key role in delivering tailored financial and insurance solutions, while building strong, lasting relationships with our customers.

With access to a comprehensive suite of finance and insurance products and an attractive uncapped commission structure, this role offers outstanding earning potential and career growth.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Proactively introduce and promote finance and insurance products to customers
• Explore all available lending options to secure the most suitable financial solutions
• Prepare and submit finance applications, liaising with lenders to achieve timely approvals
• Ensure the profitable sale of finance, insurance, and extended warranty products
• Support, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets
• Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business

To succeed in this role, you will bring: 

• Demonstrated experience in a similar F&I role within the automotive industry
• Accreditation and strong knowledge of finance and insurance products
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• A results-driven mindset with strong KPI focus
• High levels of motivation, professionalism, and customer commitment
