About the Role

Our client is seeking a Business Process Analyst to work on a large digital transformation program in which they are implementing SAP Cloud, S/4HANA, Ariba, and SuccessFactors. This project's focus is on a transformation of back-office services, ensuring efficient progress through proactive practices, clear design, and effective analysis.

These roles are purely process focused in which you will be responsible for process mapping, process analysis, defining the AS-IS and TO-BE, process design/redesign, process documentation, designing process training documentation and leading process workshops.

Each role focuses on a specific stream.

The 4 different streams are:

• Order to Cash / Budget to Report - Focused on end-to-end Budget to Report & Order to Cash processes including general tax, accounting, billing, AR, etc. (2 roles)
• Acquire to Retire - Focused on the full asset management lifecycle. Must have experience with asset maintenance (1 role)
• Hire to Retire - Focused on the full Hire to Retire lifecycle. Must have rostering, payroll and HCM experience (1 role)

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Process Analyst
• Proven experience in business process design, process re-design/reengineering, process modelling, mapping and documentation
• Strong process knowledge and experience across ERP systems
• Proven experience optimizing processes in large and complex organisations
• Experience developing process training documentation and designing workshops
• Experience with SAP would be highly regarded but not essential
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident for clearance requirements

Terms

• Multiple positions available starting ASAP (our client can wait for the right candidate to give notice to their current employer)
• Sydney CBD or Brisbane CBD office with flexible hybrid working (1-2 days per week in the office)
• Paying up to $750 including super per day
• 6-month initial contract with strong potential to extend
• Must be able to travel interstate occasionally as needed
