About the role

Due to an exciting year of growth ahead, we are currently seeking an organised, commercially minded individual to join our already high functioning operations team to inspect, monitor and communicate on the cleaning services provided to our clients sites by our franchise partners throughout Queensland. The successful applicant will report directly to the Queensland Operations Manager, working out of our Milton Office. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Training, coaching and support of our franchise partners.
• Visual inspections of client accounts and follow-up.
• Start up of new Accounts and new Franchisees - flexibility to work some nights is a must, when and where required. 
• Provide accurate quotes on additional work for clients.
• Liaising with clients regularly, providing solution based outcomes.
• Implementing and maintaining OH&S requirements on all sites including WHS manuals and JSA's.
• Submitting required reports in a timely manner.

Skills and experience

• Operational experience in commercial cleaning is desired however not essential.
• Excellent computer skills and data entry into CRM.
• Flexible working hours to accommodate start up of new clients and ongoing support of our franchise partners. 
• Knowledge of the cleaning industry standards and general maintenance services agreements would be an advantage.
• High level of WH&S knowledge, requirements and standards.
• Ability to work autonomously, strategize and plan ahead.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines.
• Experience in conflict resolution / contractors / franchisees.
