A well-established Brisbane firm is seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to join their team. The organisation is known for providing consistent service to its clients and maintaining a professional and supportive workplace environment.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Partners, you will manage a portfolio of small to medium clients and oversee all aspects of their accounting and business services requirements. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, providing general tax and compliance support, managing BAS obligations, and liaising with external stakeholders as needed. You will work closely with clients, offering broader accounting guidance and maintaining strong client relationships. There is also the opportunity to contribute to the development of junior team members through mentoring and ongoing support.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have relevant experience within a professional practice environment, supported by strong communication skills and a client-focused approach. You will be CA/CPA qualified or progressing toward completion, and confident in managing client relationships while delivering work to a high standard. The ability to work effectively with both clients and colleagues will be essential.
