Charterhouse are partnered with a AFR Top 50 accounting and advisory firm who are is seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to join their growing team.

With 150 staff across three modern offices in Newcastle, Sydney and Brisbane, this well-established firm combines Big 4 expertise with a genuinely supportive, close-knit culture. The firm are part of a global alliance with presence in over 110 countries, the firm provides exposure to international networks and potential future overseas secondment opportunities.

The role
The firm are looking for someone to step into a Business Services Manager role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse and high-quality client portfolio including: Government Councils, Private, listed and unlisted companies, Clients ranging from $5m-$300m in turnover

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of 6 - training, delegating and reviewing work of junior staff
• Managing an existing client portfolio
• Leading and mentoring a team of accountants
• Managing workflow and ensuring high-quality client delivery
• Building strong, long-term client relationships
• Being an integral part of the firms growth strategy

About you

• CA/CPA Qualified
• Minimum 6+ years experience
• Experience managing and developing a team of Accountants
• Strong leadership and team development capability
