With continued growth across metropolitan and regional client portfolios, the firm is now seeking two Business Services Managers to step into influential roles within high-performing teams. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Managers-or strong Supervisors/Assistant Managers ready for the next step-to move into a firm that values advisory capability, genuine partnership pathways, and modern, flexible work practices.
Your new role
1. Business Services Manager - Agri-Business FocusIn this specialised role, you will work closely with a Partner and a team of nine, supporting an established portfolio of primary production and agri-based clients. Your remit will be evenly split between:

• Delivering proactive advisory solutions including structuring, tax planning, succession, and growth strategies
• Managing compliance engagements, workflow, and technical delivery across the team
• Building trusted relationships with multi-generational farming families and larger agribusiness groups
• Coaching and developing junior staff while maintaining a high standard of client service

2. Business Services Manager - General Business ClientsIn this role, you will work across a broad portfolio of SME and mid-market clients spanning a diverse mix of industries. You will:

• Oversee the delivery of compliance and advisory engagements
• Partner with clients to provide insights on tax matters, business performance, structuring and commercial decision-making
• Lead and mentor team members to build capability and drive quality
• Support the Partner group in managing client relationships and identifying value-adding opportunities

Both positions offer autonomy, client ownership, exposure to complex work, and genuine ongoing progression.
What you'll need to succeed

• CA or CPA qualification
• Experience at Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager level within Business Services/Tax
• Strong technical understanding across compliance, tax advisory, and Australian accounting standards
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Leadership skills with a genuine interest in developing others
• For the Agri-Business Manager role, experience with or passion for agriculture and primary production clients is highly desirable
