Business Services Senior Accountant - Urgent Position

This is an extremely rare opportunity to join a quality boutique firm and receive the very best in mentoring and training (technical and non-technical skills including business development) that will see you advance from a senior accountant to an equity holder in 3 years.  However, if you are not interested in equity, but have the skills and personality to add value to the firm then there is a role for you.

What you will bring:

• CA or CPA qualified
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• 5 + years of local public practice experience in accounting and tax
• Desire to become a Partner as soon as practical (not essential).
• Strong knowledge of Xero and MYOB
• Ability to build relationships with clients and staff

Salary guide:      $90k to $115k package but negotiable for the right individual
