Full Service Offering Financial Services Firm - Accounting Division

$ 110K + super to $130K + super

The Role:

This is your chance to step into a leadership role where you'll spearhead the Accounting divisions operations. Working closely with the client strategy team, you'll lead your team of tax accountants to deliver outstanding results for clients. Your contributions will be integral to the business's future growth and success, with the opportunity to evolve into a Director of Accounting position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and manage a small team of tax accountants within a LARGE firm
• Collaborate effectively with professionals from various disciplines
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships
• Offer tailored solutions based on client needs
• Provide exceptional customer service 
• Continuously develop skills and knowledge

Ideally; 

You're an experienced Senior Accountant with a passion for taxation and a natural knack for leadership. Your dedication to client success, coupled with your ability to work harmoniously with teams, sets you apart.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• 5 – 8 + years public practice accounting experience
• Proven leadership experience
• Registered Tax Agent or CA/CPA Status
• Familiarity with SMSF Accounting (a plus)
• Strong client rapport-building skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for meeting deadlines
