Pro AV Solutions Queensland is looking for a driven, organised, and proactive Business Support Officer to play a central role in powering our people, culture, and day-to-day operations.

This is more than an admin role, it’s your opportunity to take ownership, influence the employee experience, and keep our business running at its absolute best.

The Role

Reporting to the Office Manager, you’ll be at the centre of everything, supporting People & Culture, Events, Finance, Facilities, and Business Operations.

You’ll:

• Elevate the employee experience – manage surveys, coordinate milestones, and drive recognition programs


• Support HR operations – recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, HR systems, and policy support


• Bring events to life – from team functions to major company events and customer engagements


• Keep the office humming – facilities coordination and general business support


• Assist related finance functions – CEO’s Investments businesses, invoice/payment processing and Xero reconciliations

This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, ownership, and making things happen.

What You Bring

You’re someone who:

• Is very competent with Computer based skills and operating a range of platforms from BambooHR, Fleetio, through to XERO.


• Are a quick learner and able to embrace systems and processes with ease


• Is highly organised, proactive, and with strong attention to details


• Communicates clearly and handles sensitive information with confidence


• Stays calm under pressure and manages competing priorities with ease


• Takes initiative and solves problems before they arise

You’ll ideally have experience in HR support or a similar business support role.
