About the Business:

BRE Engineering is an innovative engineering business located in Bibra Lake and Henderson, WA. We currently support a wide range of industries including mining, naval and commercial marine, architectural and general industrial.

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Support Officer to join our team in Bibra Lake. This is a casual position reporting to the Manager Director and working alongside a small team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provides a high level of executive support to Managing Director
• Coordinate & draft reports, proposals, or presentations as required
• Office administration
• Compliance activities
• Arrange & coordinate meetings, in addition to minute taking
• Generate quotes/invoices as required
• Assist with scoping & delivery of continuous improvement processes
• Project & program support
• Other duties as required

About You:

• Minimum 3 years’ administration experience
• Ability to prioritize workload
• Proficient Excel and Microsoft office
• Experience in XERO (desirable)
• Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills 
• Contribute to a positive & productive work environment
• Be flexible to respond to the needs of the business
• Current Driver’s Licence
• National Police Clearance (6 months validity)
• Legal rights to work within Australia
