The Role:
This is a fast-paced role with career progression and growth.Your duties will consist of but will not be limited to:

• Researching properties throughout Brisbane
• Taking buyer briefs from clients
• Managing client database
• Liaising with sales agents and staying in the loop of the marketing
• Sourcing off-market properties
• Handling email and telephone enquiries
• Assisting with administration and document execution
• Attending property inspections
• Administration and database management
• Assistant duties for the lead Buyers Agent

The Candidate:

• CurrentQLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Experience as an Associate, Sales Administrator or Personal Assistant in Real Estate
• Sharp, savvy, and hungry for success
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Thorough understanding of the Queensland market (Brisbane)
• Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
