Your Mission:

• Lead a high-performing Buyer’s Agent team: train, coach, recruit, inspire.
• Join the fastest growing buyer's agency in Australia

• Integrate seamlessly with internal functions (BAs, analysts, brokers, franchisees).
• Drive process improvements and platform adoption to scale effectively

Who You Are:

• Proven track record managing and scaling Buyer’s Agent teams or similar in real estate, franchise, or financial services.
• Hold a valid Class 1 or 2 real estate licence.
• Data-driven, commercially astute, adaptable, and a natural leader.
• Passionate about building operational excellence and supporting franchisee success.
