About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker who cares about quality work, to join our team in the Ballina region, NSW. This full-time role is responsible for the manufacture and installation of high-quality custom cabinetry and furniture for residential and commercial clients. This role will be predominantly installation of cabinetry on site, across the Byron to Ballina region.

Our team enjoys work-life balance, 7am - 3.30pm work days with early knock-off on Friday arvos, to enjoy the beautiful area we live in!

What we're looking for:

• Completed apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Cabinet Making or Joinery
• 2yrs+ experience as a Cabinet Maker, preferably in a custom or bespoke furniture workshop
• Strong knowledge of cabinet design, construction methods, materials and finishing techniques
• Proficient in using a range of hand and power tools, including CNC machinery
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good communication and time management skills
• Committed to maintaining a safe, organised and clean work environment
