Cadet Finance & Insurance Business Manager

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cadet F&I Business Manager to join our dealership team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in automotive finance and insurance. Under the guidance of senior team members, you will learn how to offer finance, insurance, and warranty solutions to customers while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Customer-first attitude and professional presentation
• Previous experience in automotive, finance, or retail sales is advantageous but not essential
• A valid driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in presenting finance and insurance options to customers in a professional and compliant manner
• Learn to prepare and submit loan applications and documentation
• Support the F&I team in managing lender relationships and meeting monthly targets
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the finance process
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, compliance standards, and dealership procedures
• Shadow senior staff to gain hands-on experience in all F&I activities
