Woods & Co have partnered with one of Melbourne's busiest and most popular cafes. We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate cafe brunch chef that is on the hunt for full-time work. Be a part of a supportive team, and join a well-known family run business.

What's in it for you? 

• $60,000 - $70,000 + Super.
• Full-Time | 40-42 hours per week.

What do you do? 

• Prepare and cook a variety of delectable dishes. 
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen. 
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner. 
• Manage portion control and minimise food waste.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. 
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment in the kitchen. 

What do you need? 

• Proven experience as a chef in a busy cafe or restaurant. 
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus. 
• Availability to work 6 days a week, rotating weekends. 
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices. 
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitisation standards. 
• Strong organisational and time management skills. 
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment. 
• Commitment to providing high-quality food and exceptional service.
