Job Description
· Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes to meet the highest quality standards.
· Plan and execute menu items, daily specials, and seasonal offerings.
· Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent and timely food service.
· Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
· Providing training the kitchen team members where required
· Maintaining the temperature of the freeze and preserve as per the requirement
· Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace.
· Follow food safety measures and sanitation guidelines.
About you:
· More than two years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen
· Strong passion for food and creativity in the kitchen.
· Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
· Relevant qualifications
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
· Knowledge of Australian food safety and sanitation regulations.
