About The Role

We're about to open our latest addition to the Familia - our brand new Baldivis store, and we're ready to start building a team that is hard working, highly motivated, positive, enthusiastic whilst seeking a challenging and rewarding position in the hospitality industry. We are on the hunt of a Store Manager to be part of our new opening store at Baldivis!

With a passion for creating sweet moments for our customers, as the Cafe Manager you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and coaching a large team to deliver the ‘sweetest’ experience and go above and beyond to nurture our customers
• Motivating your team to achieve sales targets and KPI’s
• Leading all store operations and standards
• Maintaining cafe presentation to wow our customers  

About You

The San Churro Familia is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our customers and we take on this mission with passion, pride, and a sense of adventure. Along with sharing these values, you’ll also need:

• Experience as a manager or supervisor (in similar environment)
• A background in hospitality
• Advanced interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills
