Job Description:

We're seeking a dynamic Cafe Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service, operational excellence, and community engagement. As the Cafe Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, and upholding our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the cafe team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory, sales, and staff scheduling.
• Train, supervise, and support staff to maintain high service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Foster positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and the community.
• Collaborate with management to achieve business KPIs and targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a manager’s role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
