The role

Crown Sydney is seeking resolute individuals to join our dynamic team as a full-time Cage Cashier at our renowned casino resort. As a Cage Cashier, you will be an essential part of our operations, providing exceptional service to our guests while managing monetary transactions with precision and professionalism. The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service environment
• Demonstrated experience within a demanding environment.
• Providing outstanding guest service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest interaction.
• Effective communication and computer skills
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to uphold the highest standards of service and efficiency.
• Able to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence

About you

• Must have availability to work across a 24/7 roster.
• Demonstrated experience working in hospitality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Resilient to change.
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Capability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands.
