Then this is the role for you! As a Call Centre Agent with us here at Fundamental Worldwide, your role will involve calling past, present and future supporters to spread the much-needed awareness and raise funds for some of the most urgent issues facing our world.

You will be trained by our team of charity sales and fundraising professionals, to learn how to manage our call centre teams!
With 25 years' experience between our manager and Training manger, you will be set up for success, having the opportunity to undertake full training and workshops that will develop your communication, direct dialogue and interpersonal skills.
What we are looking for in a Call Centre Agent: - A Fun, Energetic, passionate person who loves to chat with people from all different walks of life
- Someone who is outgoing and who love a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!
- Someone with great communication skills or someone looking to develop theirs (A good level of English is required for this position)
- A team player who will fit in to the amazing, lively culture here at Fundamental.
