About the Role & Team

The Campaign Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic campaigns that deliver against acquisition and new business objectives for our core products and markets. The role will embrace unique marketing initiatives to drive engagement and conversion across the marketing funnel. 

What you’ll do:

  • Design and execute cross-channel campaigns across email, print, content marketing, social media and other digital media.
  • Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences and behaviours.
  • Ideate and implement comprehensive campaign strategies and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Manage the development of campaign-related content, including email copy, landing pages, case studies, blogs and collateral materials.
  • Create and optimise customer journeys across multiple touchpoints to ensure campaigns and lifecycle communications are delivered to desired objectives.
  • Drive the marketing funnel for the campaign to deliver leads to meet acquisition goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimise campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to define and create sales enablement tools and go-to-market plans that support business growth.
  • Track campaign performance and analyse data to improve ROI and conversion rates for campaign optimisation.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the key findings and recommendations.

Requirements

This is what you'll bring...

  • Proven experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that drive acquisition outcomes, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Creative thinking, with the ability to generate innovative, but actionable, ideas and campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, experience with Zoho Marketing Automation is a bonus.
  • Experience in building and executing journeys that encompass multiple channels and varying levels of personalisation.
  • Experience developing highly personalised campaigns to drive conversion across various touchpoints.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders and contributors for campaigns.
  • Ability to develop effective and persuasive written content for web, social, search and email.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data to inform campaign strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with Product teams and distilling complex information into user-friendly marketing messaging.
