Sales Person and Customer service Specialist

ModCon RV are seeking a Sales person with caravanning or camping experience to join us. No sales experience necessary, but a passion for camping required! This is your opportunity to join a flourishing company with a friendly, committed team. This position will be a customer service expert experienced in building one on one relationships. The role would be within the Sales Team providing sales, videos, administration assistance, pre delivery preparations, handovers and other tasks to the sales team.  

ModCon RV was established in 1996 and is a market leader in the Camper Trailer Industry.  Our position in the market is based on building quality RV's, to suit the Australian market.  We are a company that take pride in providing quality RV's, to ensure our on going good reputation, built over 20 years.  

Duties will include:

         Sales with ability to impart in-depth product knowledge

         Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Email 

         A professional, courteous phone manner

         Provide Computer Quotes, Invoices and Receipts and use CRM

         Perform pre delivery checks and informative handovers 

         Order Stock

         Contribute to a positive team environment

         Ability to make social media postings

         Be highly motivated

         Ability to set Trade Show displays and assemble displays etc

     
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

        Camping and/or Caravanning experience

         Excellent verbal and written communication 

         Be able to work unsupervised and have initiative

         Hard working

         Excellent attention to detail

        A positive, enthusiastic attitude

Saturday morning work is required.  

Participating in full Weekend Tradeshows will also be a requirement of the role. (Approx 5 weekends a year)
