As C\u0026F Aftermarket Lead, you will own and grow Parts, Service and Aftermarket Kit performance across your territory. You\u2019ll partner closely with dealers and internal teams to identify growth opportunities, remove execution barriers, and lift aftermarket capability and results.\n\nThe role begins with strengthening core fundamentals and evolves into leading growth across more complex aftermarket categories as the business scales.\n\n### What You\u2019ll Be Responsible For\n\n * Leading the C\u0026F aftermarket dealer portfolio across the assigned territory, partnering with multiple dealers to drive consistent commercial outcomes.\n * Driving territory\u2011wide aftermarket revenue growth through improved parts capture, service uptake, and aftermarket kit conversion.\n * Building and executing dealer\u2011specific growth plans at scale using John Deere aftermarket tools and insights, in partnership with internal stakeholders.\n * Analysing territory performance to identify systemic opportunities and blockers, converting data and dealer feedback into targeted actions.\n * Improving aftermarket profitability through strategic inventory evaluation and optimisation to support current and future demand.\n * Reviewing dealer inventory positions to identify slow\u2011moving or misaligned stock and partnering with dealers to reset inventory strategies.\n * Embedding repeatable dealer processes to increase participation, order activity, and sustainable sales results across the network.\n * Contributing to the design and optimisation of aftermarket programs, including pricing, utilisation and effectiveness, in collaboration with pricing and marketing teams.\n * Driving clear, consistent dealer communication to support adoption of aftermarket programs and initiatives.\n * Lifting dealer capability by identifying common training needs and partnering with the Training Team to deliver practical aftermarket sales training.\n * Enhancing customer experience at scale by partnering with parts fulfilment and logistics teams on execution, escalations and service recovery.\n * Representing and supporting C\u0026F through dealer engagement, events and industry associations to strengthen relationships and build sales momentum.\n\n\n\n## About You\n\nYou\u2019re commercially minded, confident working autonomously, and comfortable operating where not everything is clearly defined.\n\nWhat you bring today:\n\n * Dealer or customer facing sales experience, ideally within construction, equipment or heavy industry\n * Strong commercial and analytical capability, including confidence using Excel and data to analyse performance, inventory and growth opportunities\n * Solid aftermarket exposure, with working knowledge of parts and service environments\n * Proven ability to influence without authority and build strong relationships across dealers and internal stakeholders\n * A confident, self\u2011driven mindset with the energy to take initiative and move the needle\n\n\n\nWhat sets you up for the future:\n\n * Comfort working in ambiguity, where priorities shift and decisions rely on judgment rather than process\n * Ability to identify short\u2011term wins and longer\u2011term parts growth opportunities, and translate them into annual growth plans, campaigns and category strategies\n * Capability to lead growth in more complex parts categories over time, supported by strong data analysis (forecasting, dealer segmentation, pricing and gap analysis)\n * A collaborative, small\u2011team mindset, acting as a connector across functions to drive aligned outcomes\n * Strong emotional intelligence and resilience, remaining reflective and solutions\u2011focused under dealer pressure, with a long\u2011term belief in the C\u0026F opportunity for John Deere and its dealers\n\n\n\nIf you have the experience outlined above, and the passion to succeed, we would love to hear from you!\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nAt John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go.
