A permanent full-time role within a well-established dealership in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. . For an Automotive Parts Manager interested in managing the automotive parts department and ensuring the department's operations run smoothly.

A normal day will have you:
• Manage the inventory of automotive parts and accessories
• Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability
• Train and manage the parts department staff• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Maintain accurate records of parts and accessories inventory
• Ensure parts orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parts department
• Participate in departmental and dealership meetings Your next employer has been in operations for over 20 years and has a close-knit, long-standing and a family like team dedicated to support you. You will need:
• Experience as a Parts Manager in the automotive industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check
