Role Overview: As Care Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with our Registered Nurse to coordinate daily resident care. Your role will be to supervise and lead the care team, ensuring residents receive attentive, respectful, and high-quality care that honours their choices and independence.  Within you role you will also be handling ordering and auditing tasks relevant to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the care team to deliver exceptional care services.
• Maintain residents' independence and dignity during daily activities.
• Manage administrative tasks and resident care documentation efficiently.
• Promote a positive and respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and staff.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations in aged care.

Essential Requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
• Assist Clients with Medication certification.
• At least three years of experience as an Extended Care Assistant in residential aged care.
• NDIS Clearance.
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
