Background Profile
• Relevant experience in the Airlines’ freight industry of at least 10 years.
• Familiar will all aircraft type primarily, A330, A350, B777 & B787 and all associated ULDs type.
• Airlines’ system trained.
• DG certified is highly welcome.
• Knowledge on Weight & Balance is highly welcome.
• Strong sales focus and customer service orientation is a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers, vendors and support team.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to deal with time pressure, accuracy and precision timing associated.
• Proficient PC skills & strong command in effective communication.
• Must be a team player with strong leadership skills, working along with 5 supporting stations.
• Ability to travel interstate / overseas when required

Job Description
Sales ( direct role )
• Visiting customers on regular intervals including building strong business network with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate and assist to establish pricing structures.
• Managing airlines’ products liaising with the principals and sales support team.
• Business strategies and promotion
• Preparing Monthly Sales Report.
• Providing market feedback to principals and superior.
• Attending to principals’ request on all sales and operation related matters.
• SOP & Compliance
• Performance and target driven.
* Operation ( working with supporting team )
• Provide advice on space, routing, acceptance, and options to customers.
• Ensure all reservations comply with Airlines’ SOP ( including safety and security programs ), countries’ regulations, company’s policies, meeting industrial standards.
• Ensure freight is booked in accordance with the capabilities of aircraft type ( all sectors ), providing shortest and fastest possible option.
• Ensure freight is booked in accordance of the correct pricing ( market rates or spot rates ) set by the Airlines’ and the company.
• Liaison with GHA to ensure loading instructions are observed and shipments are ready to load and depart.
• Post flight operational activities including flown as booked report, manage offload and rebooking.
• Track shipment through to destinations.
• Coordinate with customers post flight to keep them informed.
• Maintaining flights files with proper record in our own system.
• Manage all services and operational inquiries until closure in timely manner.
• Manage cargo claims by preserving and preparing all relevant information, particularly all correspondences, for the purpose of claim submission if required.
• ULD control and management.
• Maintain and update systems and reports including electronic database.
• Liaison and full cooperation with Airlines’ and company’s direction regarding operational and services matters.
• Coordinate on all CASS, CCA and Invoices in accordance to Airlines and company’s requirements.
• All relevant administrative and reports as may be required.
• Handling charters ex station as may be required.
