The Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and reliable full time Carpenter to join their team! Located in Mount Evelyn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cutting and installing of timber, plastic, aluminium, fiberglass, or dry wall using tools such as hammers, chisels, saws, drills, and sanders
  • Joinery, using nails, screws, and other materials such as adhesives
  • Installation of doors, windows, and cabinets
  • Ability to understand directions and interpret plans
  • A high regard for health, safety, must be able to work with tools and power equipment
  • Adheres to local building and safety codes and guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with builders
  • Report back to director
  • General labouring duties

    • Skills/Experience Required

  • Fully qualified carpenter, experience in renovation, framing, construction with 1-2 years experience required
  • Open Australian C class drivers license
  • Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Works well as part of a team.
