About the role

Our Award winning Capitol Bar and Grill is seeking driven and hands-on talent that excel in a high energy, high turnover bar. An absolute passion for the industry is a must in this fast paced high caliber bar.
Key duties;

A sound knowledge of bar operations, food + beverage, cocktails and guest service.
Outstanding communication skills
The ability to multi-task
