The Salvation Army’s Homelessness Program walks beside them with compassion, dignity and hope. As a Case Manager, you become a steady, grounding presence in someone’s hardest moments. You help them stabilise, reconnect and rebuild a life they can be proud of. This is meaningful work that changes lives and strengthens communities.
About the role
As a Case Manager, you will provide culturally safe, strengths based and trauma informed support to participants engaged in the Homelessness Program. You will work closely with people navigating homelessness, mental health concerns, substance use and social disconnection. You will offer practical support, emotional encouragement and pathways to stability.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, develop individual case plans and help clients access the services and community connections they need to thrive. This role is relational, hands on and purpose driven.
This permanent full-time position within the Homelessness Program, reporting to the Team Leader. Pay is in accordance with a SCHADS Level 4.
