Unified Healthcare Group (UHG) is looking for a customer focused person with excellent verbal communication skills and is organised and self-motivated to support our tele-based service delivery team. Hybrid working arrangements available.

What You Will Be Doing
This role is responsible for liaising with Medical Practices, Nurse Practice Managers and Medical Receptionists to schedule tele based appointments with GPs and help facilitate the timely return of medical information.
