Job Summary

Key support for our operations team. Managing funds from beginning to end to facilitate settlement, including funds transfers and reconciliation.

Key Outcomes /Goals (How success in this role will be measured)

Essential:

• Funding received
• Payment Creations
• Processing Telegraphic Transfers including PEXA transactions
• Real time transfers
• Inbox enquiries addressed as they are received and prioritize accordingly. With any issues escalated to the Team when required.
• Manage relationships with ANZ to support achievement and quick resolution of issues.
