About the Role

As a Cook, you’ll prepare and serve high-quality meals while maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards. This hands-on role will suit someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present meals to a high standard
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation
• Support the delivery of excellent guest service through quality food offerings

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a cook/chef role (hotel or hospitality environment desirable)
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
