Casual Floor Staff

We are searching for a hospitality professionals to join our team at Yiamas.

We are an award winning Greek restaurant in Subiaco. Our goal is to provide a unique dining experience. 

Our aim is to offer exceptional Eastern Mediterranean cuisine with a carefully curated wine list and warm inviting service.

This front of house role is to help foster an environment that is memorable and enjoyable for guests.

The ideal candidate for this position would be committed to the mission of the establishment, to provide a welcoming environment for our regular customers.

Additionally, being detail oriented is great as we look to maintain a loyal customer base by providing all clients with an exceptional experience.

Some responsibilities may include:

• Help to manage storage and ordering of stock when needed
• Serve customers in a warm inviting manner
• Cleaning venue before and during service
• Help manage restaurant bookings and communications with diners

These roles are based around maintaining a high level of casual service, working closely with the Venue Manager and Executive Chef.
