About the role

Due to expansion within our GC Pharmacy services, we are looking for Casual Pharmacy technicians to undertake ad hoc hours during the week and weekends 

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and dispensing prescriptions in accordance with PBS regulations
• Assisting with stock/inventory management
• Ordering and supplying medications for Hospital Imprest
• General duties, including attending to client needs via telephone and email queries

About You

• A can-do attitude and team focus
• Advanced oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff
• A high level of attention to detail and precision in record keeping
• The ability to organise complex tasks and solve problems
• Analytical thinking to make sound judgements and develop appropriate innovative solutions
• Proven experience meeting key performance indicators and business objectives
• Hospital experience is highly desirable.
• Current Covid-19 vaccinations as per Public Health Orders
